Take time to smell the flowers.

Today while at the park, I spent some time photographing flowers.  It was peaceful, serene, stress-relieving.  These are my favorite shots from the day.  Which one is your favorite?

  1. I like the one with the purple flowers slightly blurred.

The woods where I hike is full of Mountain Laurel and I have been trying to get a good snapshot, there is something just so beautiful and relaxing about nature.

  2. I like the purple, but my wife has a soft spot for daisies.

  3. Hmm, I can’t decide between the purple flowers and the daisies. I like the composition of the purple flowers, yet I have an affinity for daisies. With summer approaching there are so many great opportunities to do some photographic experiments with flowers! Would love to see more 😀

  4. The last one catches my eye. The shadowing and the shape is intriguing. Looks to be like a great way to reduce stress. : )

  5. I like the first one because it’s like a lone young plant growing towards the sun and almost ready to bloom. It could be on one of those motivational posters with something like keep “keep reaching for the sky” or something like that.

  6. Beautiful photos! Love the flowers.

  7. I love the last one where you can see the water drops, don’t know what kind of flower it is though?

You’re great with that camera!! 🙂

    Have fun,

  8. Beautiful pictures!! I really like the last one.

  9. Oh, I like them all…But for me, it must be the one with the little daisies and the bumble bee (or is it a bug?) 🙂

  10. I like the first one, mostly because of the angle, looking up, and the clear sky behind it. They all look beautiful. But it’s odd to see no dogs! 🙂

  11. I love flowers and all these are beautiful. But since purple is my favorite color I think these purple ones would be my favorite. Nice shots.

  12. I like the third picture. Love any kind of daisy!

I like the first one. Its such an unusual angle.

  14. I like each in a different way. They’re all so beautiful!
